But before I started the journey of my dreams as a Life Coach and an Author, I was clueless and confused about what I even wanted from my life. There were times when I used to be sulking all day long. Though everything seemed perfect on the outside, I was so lonely from within, burdened with thoughts of not being worthy. There was a feeling of something missing. I had become so negative that I started to complain and blame people around me. You know when you become negative from within, you only observe negativity in everything?

One day I just said to myself enough - I needed to figure out things, I needed to find more clarity and the courage to live my dream life. As I took more control of my life, I could feel something shift inside me, and everything on the outside also started to change for me as I acquired the tools from the industry, my life started to thrive in personal and professional life. I understood the value of having my self-identity, courage & financial freedom to live the life of my dreams.

In the process, I got involved in great learning opportunities and experiences taught by the best mentors from around the globe in areas such as life coaching, NLP, CBT, 'Manifestation' techniques, 'Clearing block' techniques, and the 'Law of attraction'

My educational background has been in marketing & PR. After years of hiatus, I began my career as an Image consultant and subsequently as a Life Coach. Now I coach people to live a life by design. I was even chosen as the president of WICCI for Karnataka for women’s empowerment. Born and raised in Delhi, I presently live in this beautiful city of Bangalore.

The reason I am sharing my life's journey so far with you is to illicit the importance of setting a strong intention for what you desire. Once you do that, there is no looking back. It is said that when you reach out to the universe with complete dedication, the universe starts to show you all kinds of signals and provides you with great guidance and opportunities.

I have come a long way, and there is no looking back. Now I wake up every morning to fulfil my dream of helping people live their dreams with the tools which changed my life completely.
